House District 51

Rep. Bill Beck (D) serves as a member, Judiciary, Civil Justice Subcommittee, State Committee, Departments & Agencies Subcommittee, and Joint Fiscal Review Committee He sponsored HB594 which makes it unenforceable to enter into a settlement that conceals the names of persons committing acts of sexual harassment or worse. TLRC supports that bill but scored a similar bill. He co-sponsored only one bill supported by TLRC based on our liberty values; a bill eliminating the statute of limitations for child rape. We look forward to working with Rep. Beck to forge a good reciprocal relationship going forward.
