House District 47

Rep. Bricken is a member from Coffee & Warren Counties, elected in 2019. He serves on the Consumer and Human Resources Committee, Employee Affairs Subcommittee, State Committee, and Public Service & Employees Subcommittee. He sponsored a bill that TLRC supported which would have returned 52 percent of the 5 percent commission retained by county registers for collecting/reporting, back to the registers. It failed but can be re-introduced next year. He co-sponsored 6 of the 36 bills that TLRC supported, Rep. Bricken is a positive force in the GA and a gentleman. It is a pleasure to engage with him.
