Hyper partisan and not really interested in rounded input from ALL constituents. No consequential leadership. Although he did name the section of Kingston Pike in front of his church after the pastor? He caved on charter schools when we made it clear that we DON'T WANT THEM.

If I could give zero stars I would. He is completely unresponsive to his constituents, he is responsible for the introduction of charter schools into our state and it makes everyone in his district wonder, WHY?!? Rep Zachary's leadership during the Covid special session was critical in getting impactful legislation enacted into law. My wife would have lost her job had it not been for the new laws blocking vaccine requirements for Tennessee workers. I don't know the metrics behind the Leadership score here, but Rep Zachary was MVP in that special session.
