My personal interactions with Mr. Stevens have been great. He is very attentive with his constituents and always replies to phone calls & emails. He seemed to take a more hands on approach his sophomore yr in Congress than his freshman yr. I would’ve liked to have seen him vote differently on some key legislative priorities, and that’s why I gave him a 4…
