Bill Description

Election Laws – As enacted, requires an administrator of elections, if the administrator attends a training, seminar, conference, or other educational event related to elections and such event is outside of this state, to file a form prescribed by the coordinator of elections reporting certain information; requires the administrator to file the form with the state election commission no later than 15 days after the date of the event.
