Drugs, Prescription - As enacted, authorizes a pharmacist to provide ivermectin to a patient, who is 18 years of age or older, pursuant to a valid collaborative pharmacy practice agreement containing a non-patient-specific prescriptive order and standardized procedures developed and executed by one or more authorized prescribers; enacts other related provisions. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 14; Title 47; Title 53; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.
